What is a clip?
A clip is a video segment up to 5 seconds long. Longer videos are counted as multiple clips — for example, a 9-second video counts as 2 clips, and a 60-second video counts as 12 clips.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan gives you unlimited queued generations, but you can only process one clip at a time. Once your current clip is complete, you can start another one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of your billing period.
What are the waiting times for clip generation?
Every video goes into our queue and gets processed based on your plan.
- Dive — your first 400 clips/month are processed first, usually within seconds to a few minutes, even during busy times.
- Glide — your first 100 clips/month are up next, typically a short wait, designed to keep things moving quickly.
- Priority queue — for Glide and Dive users after using their faster clips. Slightly faster than standard, but wait times vary based on capacity and demand.
- Free & Slide — processed as capacity allows. Quick during quieter periods, longer during peak hours.
We're always adding capacity as Waddle grows, so wait times improve over time for everyone.
What formats are supported?
